1. Bugs and Exploits
1.1: Players that abuse bugs are subject to a Ban if the responding game master finds sufficient reason to do so.
1.1a: Players who inadvertently find themselves under the effects of any bug shall stop what they are doing immediately and report the situation to any game master presently on-line via the ticket system. Failure to do so may warrant a Ban, with no chance of having it reversed be it temporary or permanent.
1.1b: If a game master does not respond to your ticket in a timely manner,
detail an account of how the bug occurred and make a report to a game
master at a later time. Once you have documented the bug, exit Warcraft
fully and reconnect to insure that you are no longer being affected by the
bug.
1.2: Any player that uses a spell, skill, class or racial ability, known server bug or other flaw in the game's code that gives them an advantage over another player (provided that the use of such abilities is malicious and abusive) will be kicked without warning.
1.2a: Mages using blink to climb to areas where a melee-class character cannot reach them is an example of one such exploit and may be subject to a Kick Or 2 Day Ban if the responding game master finds sufficient reason to do so.
1.2b: Rogues caught abusing the combat bug to re-stealth may also find that they can be Kicked Or Banned without a warning, as above.
2. General
2.1: Spam in global channels will result in a kick. Further spamming will result in a 1 Week Ban.
2.2: Spam in /say, /yell and /emote is also a Kick.
2.3: Colored text is a 5 Day Ban, regardless of when or where it is being used,
at the discretion of any game masters that see it.
2.4: Harassing other players in /world, /say, /yell and /emote is a Kick and requires that no warning be given from a game master.
2.5: Foul language, derogatory language and cutting ethnic or racial slurs will NOT be tolerated on any server owned and operated by Insanity WoW. Offenders will be 1 Month Banned immediately.
2.6: If a player is banned and they change their IP, they will be re-banned. If a player's ban was temporary and they change their IP so that they may play again before their ban has expired, their ban then becomes permanent. You were banned for a reason.
2.7: Multi-boxing is not allowed; botting is not allowed. Any player seen botting or muti-boxing is subject to a Kick, with or without a warning, if the responding game master finds sufficient reason to do so.
2.8: Disrespecting a game master is a Kick. Game masters are busy and they do not have time to sit and listen to someone quibble over something mundane or about the unfairness of any action that the game master may have taken against them, their friends or their relatives in-game.
2.8a: Harassing any game master by repeatedly making a ticket that was deleted or by sending them a string of group invites is also punishable, should the affected game master feel that such action is warranted.
2.8b: Impersonating a game master will result in a temporary ban.
2.8c: If a player feels that a game master has made a decision that was wrong or outwardly biased to favor another party that was in the wrong, you are encouraged to report the offending game master via the forums and explain the situation in AS MUCH DETAIL AS POSSIBLE. Screen shots are universally required to prove that abuse took place; expect to be asked for them and also be prepared to provide them.
